The apartments are situated in the lover and peaceful part of Avoriaz. There are only 6 minutes walk to the Supermarket and only 3 minutes to the bakery.

The size of the apartments is 32 m2, and 25 m2 and they are located in the building: Pointe de Vorlaz, that is placed undisturbed in the first row, with a great panoramic view of the terrain and the mountain, Hauts-Forts, where there are multiple pists, you can look at, from the balcony in the 2 room apartment.

There are lifts right outside the door.

Both apartments are fully equipped.
In the kitchen you will find the most ordinary things for the cooking, such as: spices, flower, sugar, coffee, tee, salt and pepper and much more. You are welcome to use it, if only you see to, that it will be filled up again, when it is needed.
The same rules, when it comes to toilet paper, tinfoil, vita wrap and kitchen paper and cleaning things etc.
You have to bring your own bed linen, dishcloth, etc.
The apartments are to be left, clean and tidy. A vacuum cleaner and floor cloth etc. are at your disposal.

Very nice and cosy apartment with a size of 32 m2 . It has parquet floors and contains a nice big kitchen/all room, a stove with 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, Raclette, extractor hood, a big refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer, boiler, washing-machine with a build in tumbler drier, towel drier in the bathroom, bedroom with a double-bed, a bed settee in the living room and a madras for a child max 10 year, a balcony that is facing south-west, TV with DVD, a Sony Play station 2, duvets and pillows for 5 persons.

Studio apartment 3/4 persons.
Cosy newly renovated studio apartment with a size of 25 m2. It contains a kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 hotplates, coffeemaker, mixer, boiler, refrigerator, micro oven with grill, a mini oven, Raclette. Bathroom with tub and shower, 2 bed settees, TV, DVD player, a Sony Play station 2.  4 duvets and pillows, a balcony facing east. A traditional studio apartment, but above standard.

Rental conditions.

The accommodation is from Saturday at 12.00 am, and departure is the following Saturday at 11.00 am.

When we agreed on a week, we send you a confirmation of your rental, and you make a 50% advance payment. The rest of the amount has to be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Together with the rental fee, we charge you for a deposit on 50 EUR, covering inventory and abuse of the apartments and for not returning the keys. When we have received the keys back in Denmark, after your stay, and the new renters, have had nothing to complain about, regarding you’re cleaning of the apartment, we will return the deposit to you again.

About 1 week before your depart for Avoriaz, you will receive the keys for your apartment. As soon as you return home, from your holidays, you have to return the keys back to us.

If you cancel your booking, you will loose every amount, you have paid.
If we succeed in renting the apartment, to someone else, your paid amount will be returned to you.
